I’ve spent 8 years navigating the fitness and nutrition waters alongside building my 9-5 career. I’ve tried just about every fitness avenue or type of workout you can think of and I’ve figured out not only how to start but also how to stay consistent with it.
Once my metabolism slowed down as I broached 30 and beyond, I’ve had to learn the fundamentals of nutrition to lose and maintain my weight (I gain it easily).
I’ve dealt with numerous fitness related injuries and understand the recovery principles needed to maintain a fitness oriented lifestyle.

I became a certified yoga teacher to further my practice.
I’m a self-care nut and will explore any means of it to feel great in my own body.
I hope to motivate and inspire others in everything I do on this blog.

Why I Started This Website
The Body Bulletin was created out of a love for health, wellness, and fitness with an understanding of the lifestyle needed to maintain that way of life while working full-time.
This often includes things like developing healthy habits, which recovery strategies work best, how to stay motivated, and nourishing your body to give it what it needs.
We all only have one body we were given. One vessel to take us through life.
It takes time and energy making your body feel great. You have to pay attention to the signals it gives and provide the things it needs.

I wanted a place I could share the lessons I’ve learned through my pursuit of healthy living. From exercise, nutrition, fitness recovery, building healthy habits, motivation, and everything in between. Specifically, for those who have crazy, busy work schedules (like me) and can’t seem to figure out a way to balance it all.
