Kori came to me looking for more freedom and balance with food after attempting various online programs.

Before starting I dealt with weight gain, limiting food throughout the week and then binging on the weekends. I was constantly putting myself down even during workouts. I was disgusted with my body and put immense pressure on myself to lose 20 pounds overnight!
I’ve learned how to properly fuel my body and I’m still learning more on this daily. I’ve lost 16 lbs and 16 inches overall. I’ve given myself the grace it takes to get to my personal goals.
I’m able to be genuinely happy and comfortable in my body. I’m now able to understand that restricting calories isn’t the way to get to my goals.

Before, I was struggling with what to eat, how much to each, how much exercise is necessary and what kinds of exercise I should be doing.
I have been able to increase my calories and I’ve actually lost 1 pound but I have become leaner. The inches in my thighs have reduced significantly.
Finally I am able to eat!! I am no longer starving myself and doing extra cardio/exercising. I am streamlining my food intake with exercising to help maximize my results.
