Home Products

Cooking:

• Use glass instead of plastic – Remove plastic storage containers. We like to use these food containers.
• Use parchment paper instead of foil for baking
• Stop using the microwave – this is creating electromagnetic radiation, get an air fryer (no teflon), small convection oven, or use the skillet more often to heat up food.
• Coffee – stop using instant coffee devices such as Keurig or Nespresso. These are leaching microplastics from those pods and are often full of mold inside. I call these small poison appliances. Instead I like a french press, small one-cup pour over, Chemex, or this 8-cup machine.
• Cast iron, carbon steel, and stainless steel cookware
• Get rid of all Teflon or non-stick cookwear – these are linked to cancer.

Cleaning:

Recommend using vinegar, water, and essential oils or Branch Basics creates healthy home products.
