7 Natural Methods to Relieve Constipation Instantly Naturally

The Right Foods
If you are eating foods that aren’t healing – you will stay in a perpetual cycle of frustration.
You can’t out-supplement a bad diet.
I have compiled all the best foods to heal your gut (and hormones) – grab this list below.
Probiotics
Not just any probiotic, a spore-based probiotic is key.
Probiotics are more of a long-term solution to constipation. They build healthy gut bacteria to help you break down foods and build a stronger microbiome.
A healthy microbiome probably doesn’t have much of a constipation problem. It would have an easy 2-3 poops daily, which is ideal.
If you are reading this, I’m guessing that’s not you, and while we are going to get to faster solutions for helping you poop shortly, consider adding a supplement to prevent this from happening in the future.
Here’s the big problem with blind probiotic supplementation…
You could have a decrease in good flora which probiotics can help. But you could also have an overgrowth in harmful bacteria, causing dysbiosis.
If you consider building a garden with overgrown weeds, you wouldn’t just start planting new seeds. You would first weed the garden and then plant the seeds.
This is the same for probiotics and your gut health. You want to eliminate the overgrowth before you start building up the good microbes.
Strains also matter! If you are looking to poop instantly, you might want to take a look at these particular strains to help you increase the good gut bugs and decrease the bad ones.
Not all probiotics are created equal, most of them (the kind you find on shelves in stores) don’t even make it past the stomach acid.

High Dose Magnesium
The most gentle form of helping you go to the bathroom would probably be magnesium in the form of citrate or oxide.
You can take anywhere from 300 to 1200 mg at night or even in the morning if you feel like you need it, but I’d probably not jump to the 1200 mg right away. You want to listen to your body, and here’s a little guide for you:
Take your magnesium with a full glass of water, away from all other foods and supplements, for the best results. Allow 2-3 days before adjusting the dose.
As your body can adapt, I don’t recommend this (or any supplement) as a long-term solution. Ideally, you’ll want to heal the root cause of why you are so constipated in the first place. More on that below.
High Dose of Vitamin C
Like magnesium, this might take a bit longer to take effect, a few hours to days, depending on how you respond. If you are looking for more immediate relief for constipation, see below.
Using pure ascorbic acid is the best form for this method. You’ll want to again play with dosing and not adjust your dose for a few days to avoid overdoing it.
If that weren’t enough, you could layer this with your magnesium and always take it with a full glass of water away from food and other supplements.

Senna Tea
This is a go-to digestive support when I’m backed up. I like the Smooth Move from Traditional Medicinals, but any senna tea should do the trick.
Take this at night before bed to help stimulate a bowel movement naturally the next day.
You’ll want to take this low and slow; one tea bag daily should be more than enough. However, if it’s not, you can continue to increase that to 2 a day or move on to the next options for what makes you poop instantly naturally.
Digestive Supports
We want to support the gut from the bottom up and the top down, not just the lower bowels. Your problem may be in the colon with feeling like you want to poop instantly; however, it likely didn’t start there.
Supporting your digestion can be a burden reducer later down the line, helping to prevent the dreaded constipation.
Digestive enzymes are a great tool to add to your gut health toolbox.
I take these with each major meal to help get the digestive juices going. Here are a few options I like.
Digestive Bitters – Pump 1-2 times, 15 min. before meals.

Probably my favorite supplement I’ve ever come across that works better than I’ve ever seen with anything else to help you poop instantly naturally is a special type of magnesium.
This is a simple one-ingredient supplement that helps clean out old stuck colon material that could be inside you now.
There are reports of humans having up to 20 lbs of old colon material in them at any point. So if you want fast relief to poop instantly naturally – this will do the trick.
Keep in mind, this will likely induce diarrhea which can last up to 7 days. Don’t start taking this before an important next day.
Start low and slow, one cap at night away from all food an other supplements. Then gradually increase to 2 caps, the next night 3 caps as needed. You may find you only need a few, that’s ok.
