Symptoms Often Start in the Gut
For years I thought my problems were separate:
- IBS with bloating, constipation, and random diarrhea
- Hormone imbalance and estrogen dominance
- Crushing fatigue and brain fog
- Insomnia and anxiety
- Severe acne and skin inflammation
- Migraines and headaches
But functional testing revealed something surprising:

Many of these symptoms were rooted in gut dysfunction.
Testing showed issues like:
- Gut bacteria imbalances

- H. pylori

Before running labs, I tried everything:
- Eating less calories
- Exercising more
- Strict dieting
- “Healthy” foods that still triggered symptoms
- Random supplements
It felt like throwing spaghetti at the wall and hoping something would stick.

Functional labs gave me real data about what my body actually needed.
Instead of guessing, I could focus on:
