Tired of bland chicken? Yea me too. Grilled chicken is by far my favorite way to serve this protein-packed, muscle building food. Mixing my two favorites – dry rub, with grilled chicken, holy guacamole, it’s too good to be true. …But it is true! Hooray!
Btw, I finally have a grill again and its GLORIOUS! We moved earlier this summer to a place that allows grills and pets. My last three apartments didn’t allow us to have either, so what did we do first? Got a grill and then a pet.

We eat a lot of chicken in my household. I love that it’s high protein, low fat, but sometimes it’s just a little, well, bland. Seasoning with kosher salt and fresh ground pepper (my usual) has its moments, but just isn’t as exciting or flavorful as a dry rub.
Dry rub grilled chicken is super easy to throw together and then toss right on the grill. Not to mention little no no calories when you use spices instead of sauces. Win-win!
I like to throw this rub together in advance, even doubling the recipe to have on hand when I need it. It makes it so easy when I can’t think of options for dinner.
So yea… Dry rub grilled chicken is like my favorite, go-to chicken recipe… My husband threw together this glorious recipe and I just had to share it with you all!
