No wonder I couldn’t sleep
No wonder I couldn’t tolerate daily
No wonder I still had constipation
Here’s my breakdown of how a parasite cleanse changed my health and my life.
For the past five years, I started to have sleep issues. It started with waking up 1 to 3 AM and not being able to fall back asleep it evolved overtime.
I started having nights where I wouldn’t be able to fall back asleep at all if I woke up at 2 AM.
Then it evolved to not being able to fall asleep.
Then some nights would be full insomnia no sleep at all.
When this is happening, you care about nothing else in life. The only problem you want to solve is to be able to sleep nothing else..
If you can’t sleep, that means you’re not recovering and your body is breaking down. It’s a precursor to disease for sure.
So there’s this anxiety about not being able to sleep. But then also there’s anxiety about what this is actually doing to you long-term, which feels really scary. Especially when you can’t control it.
Doctors just wanted to give me medication and they did and I tried it. Big surprise: it didn’t work.
And also, I think about the long-term effects of being on medication I don’t want that damage to my liver and the side effects that go with it.
So I took matters into my own hands, and I focused on a few root causes.
1 – Mold in my house
2 – Parasites
3 – Detoxification pathways
4 – Neurotransmitters
And probably the most helpful part for me was running that neurotransmitter test and learning that my serotonin was less than half the minimum viable amount in a body. I’ll explain more how all these correlate later.
Low serotonin created anxiety and insomnia, but when I started taking some supplements to support that serotonin level, the anxiety went away. I could sleep.
But because I was still waking up, I knew there was something that was stealing my serotonin.
And from what I know about serotonin, well parasites just love it, they steal this neurotransmitter and that’s a common root cause of why it would be low in someone.
So I decided to do a parasite cleanse you will not believe what I saw.
I have been through the ringer addressing the black mold in multiple areas of my home, spending hundreds of thousands of dollars literally and still not quite getting to the root of this anxiety.
So I knew there was something bigger stealing my nutrients, giving me extreme histamine reactions and intolerance, and all of the symptoms pointed to parasites.

Parasite Cleanse
I’ve done parasite cleanses in the past. I’ve passed numerous big worms, so I know this was part of my gut issues and health symptoms. But something told me I wasn’t quite done.
So I went through a more intense, shorter duration parasite cleanse, where I increased my dose of heavily and saw some pretty fucking alarming things coming out of me.

This 🪱 was almost 3 feet long and well fed. Brace yourself, if you scroll further, you won’t be able to un-see this..
It shook me. Even with everything I’ve seen in the past.
I knew it. I knew there was something bigger affecting me, stealing my nutrients, keeping me up at night.
Here’s what I saw:

A few signs and symptoms I needed to do a parasite cleanse specifically were:
Histamine intolerance / MCAS. I had horrible allergies for three months sneezing every five minutes, runny nose, constantly next to the Kleenex box.
Weight gain. I started gaining weight in my late 20s despite working out eating healthy ain’t tracking calories and it’s just felt really hard to lose because I was constantly hungry, feeling like I can eat like 700 cal 4×5 times a day. So if something is stealing my nutrients, it would make sense that I’m always hungry because my body isn’t getting what it needs.
Acne. I have improved acne through improving detoxification pathways, but it’s still not quite gone and I know that there’s a correlation with histamine and dairy, creating more acne. Every time I ate dairy, I breakout. Parasites prefer dairy as their number one food source they love it. And so if you have a reaction when you eat dairy, it points to having parasites.
Food sensitivities. I had a laundry list of food sensitivities and I wasn’t able to bring them back in without unpleasant reactions. I did some work to open my detoxification pathways. That’s another post for another time but basically once I learned that these things weren’t healing, I knew I had to dig deeper.
My gut wasn’t healing. I remember being completely discouraged when I re-took a leaky gut test. Specifically the marker “zonulin” is for leaky gut. I re-tested to see if there were improvements and actually got worse overtime! Again, pointing to the fact that I hadn’t really gotten to the root cause of what’s going on in my gut.
Chronic constipation. While I used to have full-blown IBS or irritable bowel syndrome and that is no longer the case, I still had a tendency for chronic constipation. Which is really confusing to me when I had done so much gut work to improve my case. But it makes sense if you have parasites blocking your intestinal tract that you would have a tendency to constipation. They’re also stealing your nutrients that are disrupting the micro biome. No amount of probiotics is going to get anyone out out of that situation.
Serotonin. I had my neurotransmitter test, which was life-changing for my sleep, and it showed my serotonin was less than half of the minimum viable amount for a person. No wonder I had horrible insomnia, and anxiety. Your neurotransmitters are a very important part of your sense of just feeling normal or happy. It’s so common to see women on anxiety meds that gain a bunch of weight because they don’t have a good balance of serotonin and dopamine. Whenever you eat, you get a dopamine hit, but anxiety meds can really numb you out, so you don’t sense it as strong, so you seek that pleasure center in your brain through eating more food!
Knowing this about my hunger levels and my intense love of food it kind of made sense. It helped me put the puzzle pieces together that I am seeking reward through food because I receive a dopamine hit. And I know from the neurotransmitter test that my dopamine levels were extremely low.

So what’s stealing my nutrients what’s stealing my serotonin? What’s making me hungry what’s creating strong histamine?
Parasites!
So I worked this 3 day protocol to get out more parasites. It was quick, efficient, and highly effective.
If you aren’t pooping 2-3 times a day – start with this Jumpstart Kit for 30 days.
Then you can move on to the Parasite Kit.
The best part is I’ve been able to sleep now, lost 7 lbs, joint pain is 100% gone, food sensitivities are less and less, I can eat out without repercussions, it’s been life changing.
And this is how I help my clients in our private coaching program as well. We guide them through their own personal needs with lab testing and fix the root causes of what’s driving their symptoms.
The most common symptoms we help with are inability to lose weight, gut health issues like IBS, constipation, bloating, low energy, chronic fatigue, sleep issues, joint pain, inflammation, and more.
Here’s an example of Ashley who we helped drop 15 lbs of body fat, build muscle and rebalance her gut health:
