𝗜’𝗠 𝗗𝗢𝗡𝗘 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚
I haven’t tracked macros, paleo’d, keto’d, low carb’d, low fat’d, quit sugar, quit wine. Nope, nada, none. I’m done with it.
I spent years and years and years worrying about:
Will this make me fat?
If I don’t run (or insert preferred cardio) I’ll gain weight.
Doing the “right” type of workout.
Avoiding carbs.
Avoiding sugar.
God forbid pizza.
Oh shit, I ate pizza, after drinking at 11PM… DOOM AND GLOOM TO ENSUE!
Yea – no more, I’m done. I’m tired of feeling GUILTY for any of it. The picture you see here is me, a few weeks ago, by the pool, sippin on wine or spiked kombucha, maybe both. But not to excess, just casual. If I intermittent fasted – it wasn’t on purpose. Pretty sure I ate brekkie tho. Probably waffles.
It has taken me a long time to learn, but BALANCE can be achieved. If my college drunk every Thursday – Saturday ass can do it, you can too.
I was so tired of being hungry or deprived with my diets. Of feeling like I was “off track” basically every weekend, only to celebrate being “on track” by actually getting “off track” with too much booze or food. Jeez, what a cycle.
So I’ll give you three quick wins to help you get off that hampster wheel:

3 – Take up some type of physical activity you enjoy and do that every day.
