I was desperate to lose weight and get in shape after not recognizing myself at age 25. I cut out dairy, sugar, tried paleo, low carb, and 1200 calories a day, all of which only led me to feel like a failure from falling off-track every weekend and starting over every Monday.

I was on a viscous cycle for years losing and gaining the same 5-10 lbs…

Meet Shay, an FDNP and the Head Coach at The Body Bulletin. Embarking on her journey, Shay intimately understands the challenges of restrictive diets and perpetual restarts. Having been trapped in the cycle of calorie counting and intense regimens, she empathizes with the guilt, the overcompensation through workouts, and the constant battle with falling off-track. Desperate to reclaim her identity at age 25, she experimented with cutting out dairy, and sugar, trying paleo, low carb, and surviving on 1200 calories a day. Despite giving her all, she was on a frustrating cycle of losing and gaining the same 5-10 pounds. By discovering how to eat for her metabolic needs, she healed her relationship with food, reduced drinking, achieved superior workout results, and crafted a sustainable lifestyle. Now, Shay guides her clients toward their path of food freedom, body composition, and better health.
