  • 50 g Frozen Berries
  • 50 g Dragon Fruit (frozen) Sub for frozen fruit on hand
  • 50 g Tropical Fruit (frozen) Sub for frozen fruit on hand
  • 25 g Rolled Oats
  • 10 g Hemp Seeds
  • 57 g Truvani Chocolate Protein
  • 200 ml Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup Spinach or Kale
  • 1 tsp Peanut or Almond Butter
  • 1 tsp Flax Seeds

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender, blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
