Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 100 g Icelandic skyr vanilla 0% yogurt
  • 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
  • 25 g GF flour
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • .25 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • t tsp Cinnamon
  • 5 g Turbinado sugar

Instructions

Mix wet ingredients, whisk eggs to evenly combine
