Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding Dessert

Chocolate-y delicious dessert without the guilt!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 4 fl oz Coconut milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 tsp Cacao or Cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 tsp Maple syrup, grade A dark robust flavor
  • 1/2 cup Frozen berries
  • 1 cookie Coconut peanut butter cookies (optional) pick your peanut butter topping linked below
  • 1 tbsp Peanut butter (optional) sub for pb cookies
  • 1 tbsp Cacao nibs optional

Instructions

  • Mix chia seeds, coconut milk, cacao powder, and maple syrup in a glass jar, let sit in the fridge for 1 hour.
  • Add preferred toppings and serve immediately or save some for later.
