Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding Dessert

- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 4 fl oz Coconut milk (unsweetened)
- 1 tsp Cacao or Cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 1/2 tsp Maple syrup, grade A dark robust flavor
- 1/2 cup Frozen berries
- 1 cookie Coconut peanut butter cookies (optional) pick your peanut butter topping linked below
- 1 tbsp Peanut butter (optional) sub for pb cookies
- 1 tbsp Cacao nibs optional
Mix chia seeds, coconut milk, cacao powder, and maple syrup in a glass jar, let sit in the fridge for 1 hour.
Add preferred toppings and serve immediately or save some for later.
