- 33 g Grass fed whey protein (unflavored no sweetener)
- 77 g Frozen banana
- 14 g Hu dark chocolate
- 10 g Cacao nibs
- 22 g Peanut butter and co powder
- 10 g Chia seeds
- Ice
- Water
In a high-speed blender, combine the raw milk and grass-fed whey protein. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
Add the frozen banana chunks, Hu dark chocolate, cacao nibs, powdered peanut butter, and chia seeds into the blender.
