  • 175 g Raw milk
  • 33 g Grass fed whey protein (unflavored no sweetener)
  • 77 g Frozen banana
  • 14 g Hu dark chocolate
  • 10 g Cacao nibs
  • 22 g Peanut butter and co powder
  • 10 g Chia seeds
  • Ice
  • Water

Instructions

  • In a high-speed blender, combine the raw milk and grass-fed whey protein. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
  • Add the frozen banana chunks, Hu dark chocolate, cacao nibs, powdered peanut butter, and chia seeds into the blender.
  • Add ice cubes and a splash of water to achieve your desired consistency.
