Roasted Rosemary Garlic Potatoes
Simple roasted rosemary, garlic, and olive oil potatoes

- 1 bag Potatoes - your choice! I chose baby medley potatoes
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp Dried rosemary
- 1 tsp Kosher salt (more to taste)
- 1 tsp Fresh ground pepper (to taste)
- 1.5 tsp garlic (fresh or powder) fresh tastes better but in a time crunch garlic powder will work
Preheat the oven to 450
Slice your potatoes into bite size pieces, spread them on a parchment paper lined baking sheet
Drizzle the EVOO on potatoes, mix. Add salt, pepper, garlic and rosemary to coat evenly
Bake about 20 minutes or until starting to brown, then flip and bake another 15-20 minutes until desired doneness
