Roasted Rosemary Garlic Potatoes

Simple roasted rosemary, garlic, and olive oil potatoes

Equipment

  • Baking sheet and parchment paper

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Potatoes - your choice! I chose baby medley potatoes
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt (more to taste)
  • 1 tsp Fresh ground pepper (to taste)
  • 1.5 tsp garlic (fresh or powder) fresh tastes better but in a time crunch garlic powder will work

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 450
  • Slice your potatoes into bite size pieces, spread them on a parchment paper lined baking sheet
  • Drizzle the EVOO on potatoes, mix. Add salt, pepper, garlic and rosemary to coat evenly
  • Bake about 20 minutes or until starting to brown, then flip and bake another 15-20 minutes until desired doneness
