- 3 chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp fresh ground pepper
- 1 tbsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Heat grill to 500 degrees.
Meanwhile, pat chicken dry with paper towels.
Generously cover with salt and pepper. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Mix the rest of the ingredients separately, then, coat the chicken completely.
Place chicken on heated grill surface, cook until internal temp reaches 145 degrees.
Remove from heat, cover loosely with foil to rest for ten minutes. Internal temp will continue to rise after removing from heat. Ensure internal temp reaches 160 or juices run clear. Enjoy!
